With an extensive background in design, music and education, Paul has put his skills in visual communication to great use throughout his career. A first class cameraman, lighting and sound expert, he also brings over 20 years editing experience to the team.

 NICK MOTTERSHEAD

A versatile broadcast professional with over thirty years’ experience of BBC film making, gained from working on a wide variety of prestigious, popular and award winning programmes. He has two Royal Television Society Award nominations and BAFTA judges singled out his sound design and direction as the major factors contributing to Eastenders’ Continuing Drama Award of 2013.

RUSSELL DAVIES

A successful marketing and communications specialist, with a track record spanning 20 years in the delivery of a range of campaigns to diverse audiences in the charity, leisure, travel, banking, and technology sectors. Russell represents a rare combination of  marketing, sales, technical and creative skills, with significant experience working for corporates and smaller businesses.

An actor, writer and director who has worked in television, theatre and films for over thirty years. He has also worked many times in the corporate field, not only appearing in in-house training videos, such as for the BBC, but also as a facilitator for training staff in customer care for companies like Vodaphone.
